Ticket Purchase Terms

These Terms explain how a KULT ticket order is placed, when admission rights arise, and what happens if an event changes.

1. Merchant and contact details

The ticket merchant and sales operator is Sargas group s.r.o., Ružová 92, 040 11 Košice – mestská časť Západ, Slovenská republika, Company ID 53 783 549, Tax ID 2121492252, VAT ID SK2121492252. Registration: Mestský súd Košice, Oddiel: Sro, Vložka č.: 51537/V.

For questions about an order, an event or a complaint, contact us at kult@sargasgroup.eu or +421 949 371 199.

2. How a purchase works

  • You select the event, ticket type and quantity, then provide the buyer details.
  • You must accept the current version of these Terms before continuing.
  • Submitting the form creates a temporary reservation for available tickets. A reservation is not payment and does not itself grant admission.
  • Payment takes place on Stripe Checkout. An order is paid only after successful payment has been confirmed.
  • After confirmation, KULT issues digital tickets and makes them available on the result page and/or sends them by email.

3. Price and payment

The current ticket price and the order total are shown before payment. Amounts are displayed in the currency of the relevant event and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Stripe processes the payment. KULT does not receive or store your full payment-card number. If payment is not confirmed before the reservation expires, the tickets may become available for sale again.

4. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

  • If you change your mind or cannot attend, no ordinary refund is offered, subject always to mandatory consumer rights.
  • If KULT cancels an event in full, we refund 100% of the price paid for affected tickets to the original payment method where technically possible.
  • If an event is rescheduled, the ticket remains valid for the new date automatically. You may request a refund within 14 calendar days after notice of the rescheduling. This is a contractual KULT policy, not the statutory 14-day withdrawal right.
  • Changes to individual artists, parts of the programme, individual timings or production details do not automatically create a refund right where the essential nature of the event has not materially changed. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

5. Statutory 14-day withdrawal

Tickets concern leisure services supplied on a specifically agreed date or during a specifically agreed period. The statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract therefore generally does not apply under § 19(1)(l) of Slovak Act No. 108/2024 Z. z. This does not limit other mandatory consumer rights or KULT’s separate rescheduling and cancellation policy.

6. Digital tickets and QR codes

  • Each issued ticket has a unique credential and QR code. KULT’s server-side system determines validity from the ticket’s current status.
  • The first successful scan of a valid QR code grants admission. A copy of the same QR code does not create a second admission right.
  • Do not publish a QR code or transfer a ticket to another person outside an official transfer mechanism, if KULT provides one. The buyer is responsible for keeping access to the ticket secure until validation.

7. Event-specific rules

The date, time, venue, age restriction, admission requirements and other special rules are stated on the relevant event page and form part of the offer. Buyers must review them before payment and follow reasonable venue and safety rules.

8. Support and complaints

Please first send a question or complaint to kult@sargasgroup.eu. We will try to resolve it directly. If a consumer disagrees with our response or receives no response, they may contact Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia as an alternative dispute resolution (ARS) entity.

9. Governing law

Slovak law governs the contract. This does not deprive a consumer of protection under mandatory rules applicable to them, including rules of their country of habitual residence where those rules apply.
